About the Role

Team and Department
This position is part of a team focused on the development, configuration, installation, and servicing of SCADA systems for medium- and large-scale wind power plants. The aim is to transform clusters of turbines into functional power plants that meet contractual and regional requirements. Customers include major power supply companies and professional investors in renewable energy.


Responsibilities

As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will ensure SCADA solutions meet both company standards and customer requirements. Your role will involve providing technical expertise and contributing to the cybersecurity strategy across various Industrial Control System components.

Key tasks include:

  • Reviewing legal and customer documentation to extract relevant technical requirements.
  • Mapping cybersecurity requirements to durable and trusted architectural solutions.
  • Collaborating across the value chain to align architecture through all lifecycle stages, including production, commissioning, and service.
  • Enabling security controls to safeguard OT data and infrastructure.
  • Participating in change management processes to ensure consistent cybersecurity practices.
  • Assisting with incident management and resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards such as IEC 62443 and IEC 62351.
  • Awareness of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and hacking techniques.
  • Familiarity with advanced security practices, including computer forensic analysis, ethical hacking, and security testing.
  • Experience working with Industrial Control Systems in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in project execution and change management.
  • Experience in the energy sector or related industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in technical English, both written and spoken.
