Junior IT Security Administrator

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance perimeter security systems (firewalls, VPNs, etc.).
• Implement advanced endpoint and industrial IT security measures.
• Collaborate with network engineers to ensure robust network security.
• Assess and strengthen defenses against internal and external security threats.
• Analyze, document, and assist with security events, alerts, and incidents.
• Actively contribute to internal IT projects and independently execute tasks.

What You Bring

Essential:

• Degree in a relevant field or completion of an IT-related apprenticeship.
• Initial experience as a system administrator or similar role.
• Interest in security architecture and network security.
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in German (C1) and fluent English.

Desirable:

• Initial professional experience in cybersecurity.
